For eligible high-value items, buyers can opt for authentication as an add-on before completing the purchase.Authentication is free for items priced above ₹20,000.
Listing-Level Verification (API Enabled)
Every listing goes through an initial verification at the time of upload. Automated checks and manual review protocols flag inconsistencies before the listing goes live.
Item Pickup & Secure Transfer
Once an order is placed, the item is picked up from the seller and securely transported to our authentication warehouse.
Expert Authentication
Trusted professionals from Authenticate First conduct a detailed inspection to confirm authenticity.
QR Code & Digital Certificate
If authenticated, the item is issued a unique QR code and a digital authenticity certificate linked to the product.
Secure Delivery to Buyer
The verified item is shipped to the buyer, ensuring complete confidence in their purchase.
Failed Authentication & Refund
If the item fails authentication, the buyer receives a full refund. The seller bears the authentication fee, after which the item is returned.
